A Message From Bill Dowdy

My purpose is to guide stewardship in your lives as successful business owners and professionals in the Raleigh-Durham area by conducting needs based financial planning, helping you not only grow wealth, but  protect, preserve and distribute your wealth in a manner consistent with your personal values.

Needs Based Financial Planning

The purpose of Bill Dowdy's practice is to guide stewardship in the lives of successful business owners and professionals in the Raleigh-Durham area. We accomplish this by conducting needs based financial planning. Financial stewardship first involves an understanding of one’s current blessings. Further, it involves growing that wealth, protecting, preserving and distributing that wealth in a manner consistent with their personal needs and values . When working with clients, I use a highly disciplined and structured approach that consists of the following five steps:

  1. Needs/ Values Discussion & Fact Finding
  2. Financial Analysis & Evaluation
  3. Presentation of Comprehensive Solution
  4. Implementation & Execution of the Plan
  5. Ongoing Evaluation

Needs Based Financial Planning

"A Structured & Disciplined Approach”

  3. Decisions
